Mige Sports recently welcomed two clients from Sri Lanka for an in-person visit. During their visit, they explored our sample room, sewing room, and quality inspection and packing area to learn more about our activewear manufacturing process and quality control.

Exploring Our Activewear Sample Room

The first stop was our sample room.

Our clients viewed a variety of activewear samples, including different styles, fabrics, colors, and garment constructions.

The sample room allows clients to explore different product options and discuss details such as fabric selection, fit, design, and customization requirements.

Visiting the Sewing Room

Our clients also visited the sewing room to see how activewear garments are assembled during production.

They observed the sewing process and learned more about how different garment components are carefully put together.

Quality Inspection and Packing

Quality control is an important part of our production process.

During the visit, our clients toured the quality inspection and packing area, where finished garments are checked before packing and shipment.

The inspection process focuses on details such as appearance, stitching, measurements, fabric condition, and overall workmanship.

After inspection, products are sorted, individually packed, and prepared for shipment according to the order requirements.
